Our call center software

The new Gordon and Gotch increase in supplier codes are resulting today in our call center software recording a massive spike in incoming calls from our clients. Something that makes us upset as we consider that this change was poorly organised and executed. Having people in XchangeIT and GG, I think giving dubious advice is not helping much either. Please if you have a problem with importing these invoices contact us your software company.

For the next few days, we expect that you will be getting invoices with new and old supplier codes depending when Gordon and Gotch send you those invoices. Given the problems in GG, it probably better to delay if you can hold off if you can sending your sales and return information till Thursday. Hopefully, they should be right by then.
