Checkout the product reminder “Category” selection. What you do is add items to a category, and then you can send out reminders to all customers who bought an item in that category during a specified period easily.
Besides being useful for selling product, to prompt customers to make a repeat purchase when the items they previously bought are about to run out, it can be used as a reminder to come in for a check-up, service, etc.
