If you sell Telco products through Touch systems, Touch now requires that all their clients upgrade to the new version.
The kicker is that the new version requires Win 7 or Win 10 which means that the software will not run on an XP computer.
One point to consider is that the wholesale price is always set to $0 in the new version which means that some reports will show all sales as 100% profit. Also, there is no GST coming through but as all Touch products are GST free anyway this is not an issue.
