This is a thought about the recent decision by the federal court here which ordered Coles to pay $10 million in penalties plus costs for “unconscionable conduct” in what is being called “serious, deliberate and repeated” misconduct.
I wonder whether many of my clients would have a case too, after all as a result of Coles's misuse of its bargaining power, they clearly suffered as well.
