Bankrupt shop owners strip in protest

A group of around 50 small business owners is now holding signs with messages. Note how some are dressed. They are protesting at the annual general meeting of Lend-Lease in Sydney claiming that because of the extensions of the Erina Fair shopping centre in 2003 many retailers and restaurant owners were financially ruined.

I remember recently a really good newsagent near Dandenong went badly south partly for a similar reason because of changes to the center he got moved. They ended out in a section that had no after-hours trade which was a major part of his business.
