We have been continuing to trail the returns reconciliation files with GG and XchangeIT, so far with a lot of success.
The current trial has been so successful we are now adding to the number of Newsagents receiving these files every week.
If you wish to become part of our trial and receive a response to your EDI returns via XchangeIT then send us an email to support@possolutions.com.au
We will subsequently arrange with GG and XChangeIT to have you added to the trial and if approved contact you to set up your Posbrowser to receive and process these files.
Bear in mind that this is still a trial, and they are only adding a limited number of Newsagents each week on a first come first served basis.
By receiving a reconciliation file via XchangeIT you will have the benefit of
* Know that your returns file has been sent to and accepted by GG
* Your return's person no longer needs access to you email in order to complete the returns process
* You will have a permanent record in Posbrowser of your accepted / rejected returns
The information that is sent to you in the reconciliation file is not an official record and while you should keep the email that is sent to you, the reconciliation file contains the same information.
