Pos Virtual Support Program

 Use only if requested by Pos Solutions Helpdesk Staff. This program allows POS staff to connect remotely to you computer to better understand you questions and provide quick technical support.
 

1. Double Click on this Pos Virtual Support Icon on your desktop and go to step 6

 

If this is not on your Windows Desktop please click here

2.If prompted with a Windows Security warning press ‘Run’ button

3. You should now have the Pos Solutions Virtual Support program box on screen

4. Pos Solutions Staff will request that you Double Click either ‘POS Virtual Support’ or ‘Backup Server WA’

5. You should now have the Enter Your ID window on screen

 

6. Tell the Pos Support Staff what your secure 4 digit ID you have entered in this box then press ‘OK’ Pos Staff should now be able to view and control your computer
