All POS point of sale systems come with 12 months of software and hardware support. Software support covers unlimited telephone support (BH & AH), periodic software updates, user meetings and training seminars. Our support department is fully computerised to provide you with highly efficient service. Hardware support covers you for any problems with all hardware supplied by POS Solutions. On-site repair is included. If the equipment needs to be taken from your shop, temporary hardware is left to keep you running. To give the best response time, local technicians are used by our engineering department. This adds up to best system support available.
