Being able to assign staff to their own cash draw gives you maximum security. During a shift, only authorised staff access their draw, which is reconciled at end of shift. Any variance is tracked, by a detailed cash-up procedure.

Authorisation levels are set for security sensitive tasks such as voids, refunds, discounts and no-sales. Detailed reporting tracks staff key performance indicators and highlights potential problems comparing staff with the use of ratios.
