Are you ready for Christmas, have you tested that all you need is working?
Yesterday, a customer rang up at about 5 pm. One of the computers does not work where he needs it to work. I am sure it's the cable.
Great stuff with less then a week to go, the business is not prepared.
Right now, that retail business should have been concentrating on sales, not maintenance.
Still, it did give me a chance to say another quote. I love them.
Anyway if you have not done it, you need to check everything. Make a checklist and go through it.
In my experience, almost all checks find something.
